Legacy Moment: Carmen’s New York Yankees Surprise

I wrote to the New York Yankees on behalf of our client, Carmen, who is their self-proclaimed biggest fan.

The team sent some merchandise, which I delivered yesterday.  Carmen has been a fan since 1949—over 75 years!

It was a joyful experience to see him light up while sharing stories with his family about the many games he has attended over the decades.
